Problem

The organization lacked a centralized system to monitor safety, financial, and job execution KPIs. Data was fragmented across systems, and executives struggled to view performance from multiple angles. Solution

Designed a multi-page Power BI executive platform with a KPI-driven homepage offering WTD, MTD, and YTD views. Built dedicated modules for Safety & Training, Financial Performance, and Contract 360 Job Execution. Implemented a dynamic toggle mechanism allowing seamless switching between visual dashboards and detailed tabular views, enabling users to analyze metrics from multiple perspectives without navigating away. Developed advanced time intelligence measures and interactive navigation for intuitive KPI exploration.
