Problem
The organization was collecting survey and use-case data across multiple countries, regions, sectors, and revenue models, but lacked a centralized, interactive reporting solution. Data was fragmented across spreadsheets and reports, making cross-country comparison, regional segmentation, and sector-level analysis slow and manual. Decision-makers struggled to identify patterns by geography, sector, and target customer segment.
Solution
Built a fully interactive Power BI dashboard integrating survey responses and classification data. Designed dynamic slicers for Region, Country, and Sector, along with drillable visuals (map, pie charts, bar charts, and treemaps) to analyze use cases by customer type, sector, revenue model, and geography. Implemented a clean landing page with refresh timestamp tracking and intuitive navigation to improve usability for non-technical stakeholders.
