Problem

Switching between financial and enrollment views required manual navigation and static reports limited drill-down capabilities.

Solution

We designed a centralized Power BI analytics platform integrating financial, enrollment, and projection data across all branches. The solution included dynamic tooltips, drill-through capability, branch-level and department-level filters, projection vs actual comparisons, KPI cards, and filter-reset titles for user clarity. The dashboard enabled seamless switching between visuals and detailed tables while maintaining full context awareness.
