Problem

The company operated two stone production locations and lacked a centralized way to monitor weekly production, sales performance, goals, and operational efficiency. Leadership struggled to compare performance across sites, track deltas vs targets, and monitor productivity trends in real time.

Solution

We built a consolidated Power BI dashboard integrating production and sales data from both locations. The solution includes weekly goal tracking, last-week vs current-week comparison, production delta analysis, six-week rolling averages, and per-hour productivity metrics. Users can filter by city/location and dynamically analyze performance across time periods.

Impact

Enabled management to monitor production vs goal in real time, quickly identify underperformance, compare locations side by side, and improve operational decision-making with trend-based forecasting insights.
