Problem
The company was selling hair & skincare products to both individuals and companies but lacked a unified view of sales performance across segments. Management could not easily compare total sales, units sold, gross profit, or product mix by brand, category, and subcategory. There was no seamless way to toggle between values and percentages or quickly analyze performance from different commercial angles.
Solution
We built an interactive Power BI dashboard that centralizes Total Sales, Units Sold, and Gross Profit in a dynamic KPI-driven layout. The solution allows users to switch between amount, quantity, and percentage views instantly. Interactive filters (Brand, Category, Subcategory, SKU, Individual vs Company) enable deep drilldowns. Visuals dynamically update to show both absolute values and contribution percentages, giving management multiple analytical perspectives in seconds.

Leadership gained immediate visibility into product performance, customer segmentation (B2C vs B2B), and profitability drivers.
